Here are some highlights from today’s PDGA league…

I was warming up on a different course. After throwing my normal disc, I threw my new Verdict to test it’s flight.
As you can see, the hole isn’t that long.
I hit my line and angle and the disc flew well, but a bit short, which is good…. but then it skipped up and into the basket for a practice Ace!
It was a windy day and we had some backups on the longer holes. Hole 14 is the second longest and as I went to throw my drive… the wind died down. The drive resulted in one of my best drives ever and clearly the best drive on this hole.

When I threw it, the “mastery” side was satisfied with a well thrown drive. As I turned around and the small gallery, created by the backup, was cheering and high-fiving me as I returned to my bag. The “ego” side was satisfied as well.
This is my previous best drive on the same hole and a noticeable improvement.
